Summary
Writing that Ludovico Sforza leased him a house, while being without one; asking him to mediate with Morello Caime, who leased Bartolomeo a house nine years before with a contract supervised by Gaspare de Bocettis, and he is now the new tenant of the house and does not want to return Bartolomeo the money and certain barrels he left in the house; telling him that he does not want to go to court, despite his inability to find a house, his wife died of depression, and he was forced to sell his household goods.
