Summary
Thanking him for the Boni firm's offer to turn over to her all title to her father's works, explaining that she did, in fact have legal title to them and that Walter Neale had no legal right to sell copyright privileges to Bierce's writings, and offering to show him letters and assignments documenting the history of copyright to Bierce's works; noting that Rex Beach has written a motion picture entitled "Son of the gods", pointing out that her father had published a story under the same title, and asking whether or not her copyrights would extend to titles as well as storyline; stating that she is the literary executor of her father's estate and asking them to draw up an agreement which, she assures them, will be most gratefully received.
