Summary
Drawing shows a man in profile wearing a very large pith helmet coming down over his eyes, in a white jacket and white pantaloons which are tucked into high black boots with cleats on the bottom. The man is taking a large step forward, is carrying a very tall walking stick and a cigarette is sticking out of his mouth with smoke rings curling from it.
