The letters in this volume begin with 9 letters from Frankfort, the first dated January 11, 1793, conclude with 22 letters from Estreux, the last in this volume dated July 29, 1793 and include letters from Tournai, Bergen op Zoom, Bruges, Courtai, Basieux and Famars.
