Concerning the lease on Buckenham; saying if he would like to extend it he would be happy to accommodate him as he "shall most probably not want to retake the place into my possession till my Son is of age at which time I should be glad to have all my property as much disengaged as possible;" suggesting to him the persons he should engage as Coal Merchant and for his wines.
