Requesting that he find out "as soon as possible what number of pieces of Field Artillery and the quantity of ammunition, the Hessians, Darmstadt and Baden troops ordered to Ostend have with them, in order that the necessary Tonnage for these Stores may be provided, and sent over, when these Troops are to be brought away, and also that we should make provision accordingly here in case they should be insufficiently supplied."
