Asking that he give the enclosed to Lord Hawkesbury for the House of Lords on the following day; telling him he gives it "in the most sacred confidence" to give to the Lord; promising to provide him a copy of the enclosed letter and other correspondence; saying he does not know what Lord Moira will do but that he has done his duty.
