Summary
Apologizing for not having been at Kensington Palace when he called; explaining "that, altho I date my Letters from Kensington in order for the Sake of expedition, to have the answers addressed there, the place of my constance Residence is my Villa at Castle Hill Lodge near Great Ealing and I seldom come to Town except to pay my duty to His Majesty on a Wednesday;" thanking him for securing a pension for Mrs. Delhoste and expressing his disappointment that more could not be done for Mrs. McDonell.
