Concerning Sir John Johnstone's disapproval of Mr. Henning; saying "I found that Sir John Johnstone has openly declared that he rejoices Mr. Henning has not succeeded - and he has been foolish Enough to write that he applied to Mr. Perceval to oppose Mr. Henning on account of his conduct at the Election, in supporting you. I think it is right that you should know this."
