Summary
Informing him that he met at length with the Proctor and studied, in detail, "the Draft of the Instructions, The Instructions which were signed, and the Will;" providing details on the various hands in which the several documents were written; concluding "It does not appear that any Instructions in writing were given by Lady Bath herself;" counseling him on his rights with regard to the Instructions and discussing the admissibility of the Will and the Instructions.
