Summary
Proposing a time they could meet with Sir John Johnstone; expressing his hope that "the Business of Townshend's Field will be finally arranged...It appears that Sir John Johnstone is intitled to the Bilstone Tithes according to the Opinions of Mr. Alexander and Mr. Dowdeswell but as to the House in Albemarle Street this is rather doubtfull. Mr. Adam had a letter from Sir William Pulteney agreeing that he should redeem within a limited time - If this letter could be found then the purchase money of the House would belong to the Executors. I saw this letter not long since but unfortunately it has been lost by Mr. Adam;" providing amounts due on several bills and suggesting they be paid.
