Concerning a Bill under review; commenting that "the personal Estate in America, is much greater than was a first supposed;" confirming his understanding that he wishes "to let the Ground at Weymouth to Builders, to erect the Houses, covenanted to be built by Sir William Pulteney, reserving a Ground Rent - As to the Moity[sic] of Townshend's Field it strikes me, that it may be assigned to you and then Sir John Johnstone will know, in a stronger Degree, that he is obliged to you - & you may afterwards assign to him."
