Informing him that a Mr. Alexander "would attend & assist as a Friend upon the Committee - But I am afraid that we shall not have much of his attendance on the Committee on account of his other Engagements;" informing him that he has been advised that there is a "House to be sold at Weymouth & Garden in 3 Lots", that he has informed Lady Bath, and he would like direction from him or Lady Bath.
