Concerning an application for a Cadet to the [Military] College; informing him of the death of "our dear little Sophy, who died yesterday...was the delight of our Society; and beloved by us as much as if she had been our own Child;" adding the particulars of the Examination for the College and saying he will keep a place open for the Cadet "provided his Age does not exceed Sixteen."
