Summary
Contract with 7 clauses (similar to MA 3500.302 and .305) with 3 new clauses stating: Half of the minimum payment will be increased by the difference between the exchange rate for the dollar at the signature of the contract (43 francs 20) and what it will be at the expiration of the contract. The prices of the paintings will be increased by the difference between the exchange rate of the dollar at the signing of the contract and what it will be when the paintings are delivered. Matisse reserves the right to one canvas out of four of his paintings, and each of the parties, in turn, will have first choice.
