Informing him that he just received news that "the Monmouth & Sandwich have come off into the Harbour of Sheerness bringing in with them, Parker, the Committee & Leaders of the Mutiny, who are now safely Lodged in the black, or condemned hole of Sheerness Garrison, to be made, I doubt not, a striking example of, & will be productive of so much good to prevent a possibility of any future Mutiny in the Navy."
