Summary
Concerning a report from "a Person well acquainted with France;" saying this person "has foretold several of the Disappointments We have met with, some of the most recent date, and upon the whole has not approved the plan of the Campaign. How far he is well founded in his present suggestions the Prince of Coburg will judge, but it is certainly proper that you should be enabled to lay them before him."
