Sending his official dispatches; adding "...I trust His Royal Highness will be satisfied that no time has been lost in sending a very respectable naval Cooperation; Mr. Pitt and I are here, and We shall receive your dispatches very speedily. Remember that you must not build any Expectations on the Extra force with which you are at present furnished being continued beyond the limited time, for We cannot on any grounds whatever diminish the force intended for our foreign Expeditions."
