Acknowledging receipt of his public and private dispatches; saying he is leaving for Walmer Castle on September 1st and that is "within a few miles of Dover, and of course, any Messenger you send will reach us a day sooner [than] if we were in town. The Proper order will be given at Dover to send them to us, and if any Presses I will return an Immediate answer from Walmer."
