Summary
Saying he is writing in the absence of Lord Grenville; mentioning a "tour of the Continent" which he has heard he will be taking; suggesting that if he could direct his "Course to where the Army under the Command of the Duke of Brunswick may be, you could obtain His liberty to give us such information of its news and progress as he may be disposed to allow. It is natural in us to be interested both in Publick and Private news in every transaction in which the Duke of Brunswick bears so conspicuous a Part, and I hope on mentioning the subject to him you may not find him indisposed to make such communications to you as may enable you to gratify our wishes."
