Summary
Requesting additional compensation for work he did for the British Government in 1796 and 1797 "in investigating and settling all claims against the British Government for Supplies provided by the Inhabitants of Brabant, Holland and Lower Saxony for the British Army...;" explaining that the per diem he was paid was insufficient to cover the expenses he incurred.
