Summary
Informing him that Sir Charles Grey and Mr. Dundas will be arriving at Folkston on Monday and will continue to Hythe to see the Practice; requesting that he "order the Glenmorgan to be in readiness;" informing him that a General Court-Martial will be held at Hythe on Tuesday for the trial of Lieutenant Carter; requesting that he obtain the Warrant stating "the Crime in a strong manner agreeable to the circumstances...The list of the Members for the Court-Martial will be sent you when ready."
