Summary
Requesting his consent to landscaping he wishes to do on the land he rents from him; saying he "understood in conversation that I had your permission to make what use I pleased of those lands; whenever you have leisure to look at them I shall be glad to propose some exchanges to you which in point of value to your Estate will be equally beneficial as what I rent of you can be made ornamental to my Place."
