Summary
Concerning the balance of the bills outstanding; saying "My Brothers & I have several demands upon us that now that distress us much[.] If it was convenient for you the Ballance of our bill which you will find is £151.3. would at this time be of great Service to us. If we could have putt off the demands that pinch us I do assure you I should not have made this application, as of all Subjects for a Letter to a friend I think is the most detestable."
