Reporting that James Boswell is a little better; hoping that Mr. and Miss Temple have both recovered from the "bad effects" of a riding accident; asking him to write soon regarding his son Frederick; adding that James Boswell was worse again last night, but he hopes to be able to give "better accounts" of his brother's health soon.
