Summary
Remarking that Wellesley's last letter cleared up some of his questions, but "it has by no means relieved [Canning] altogether from the embarrassment occasioned by [Wellesley's] having undertaken to write to him in Perceval's stead"; commenting on Lord C[astlereagh]; adding that he does not want to send a message to [Spencer] Perceval through Wellesley: "I have determined to write to him myself."
