Summary
Admitting that he "left a commission ... with Lord Granville Leveson on Sunday Evening to intimate to Lord Harrowby my intention of apprizing you of the probability of my resignation"; adding that "some accident" prevented Lord Granville Leveson from doing so that evening, and then he asked Lord Granville Leveson to "do nothing until [he] should speak to him again"; stating that he will tell the D[uke] of P[ortland] that he has communicated to Wellesley the probability of his resigning; saying that Wellesley should "still proceed at once without delay to Spain."
