Summary
Being a summary of the editions of the original twelve designs of "Genesis" that appears to have been sent to a prospective purchaser with the last set in the series; saying that "The enclosed set is the last. Apart from these sets copies of some of the other 10 designs are for sale;" giving the price per print as 2 guineas and setting the price of the last set as 30 guineas but 30 guineas has been bracketed and under it, written in pencil, "35 guineas / very fine set with original artist / proof of Contemplation!"
