Summary
Expressing her displeasure at his continued ill health; referring to a sitaution involving M. le mar[é]chal de Villero[i] [François de Neufville, duc de Villeroi] and a marquis; inviting him to take time to enjoy the fact that peace is near; enclosing a recent letter from M[me] la Pr[incesse?] des Ursins [Marie-Anne de la Trémoille] that she asks him to return; explaining that she is also sending a letter from "la favorite"; observing that such letters are often useful to keep; writing that she is not upset about Mlle [Marie-Jeanne] d'Aumale, whose affairs are going well; assuring him that his master is well and that she supports him as best she can.
