Enclosing a "complete list of your oils and watercolours" and promising a complete statement; adding "There is one of them you will have to be a little magnanimous and that is the last one on the list sold, as you may have heard from Mr. Hind I accepted his offer of 15Gns. for this drawing as that was all the money he had available and as this was the net price for us from Tooth and to whom I have to pay 13 Gns. I thought you would be able to make something up to me on some further sale."
