Summary
Discussing a shipment of masts that was supposed to be sent up the Schuylkill River with Captain [Dennis] Leary; noting that he was "interruped in the important business" by the "depredations of the Savages" in the Blue Mountains and took the matter "to the Council of this State" to ask that the "Frontiers might be protected" so "as to secure those parties at work under his direction"; requesting a military force to protect the workers who are cutting and hauling the masts.
