Summary
Saying he understands that the "storm is quite blown over" with Mr Bradbury and also that he is "in a Dangerous Illness;" expressing his pleasure at "Mr. Jenning's judicious abridgement of Dr. C. Mather's Life;" expressing his condolences over the death of one of his pupils; expressing pleasure that he found his editorial remarks "tolerably just;" adding in a postscript that a few weeks earlier he had written "a little preface to the large & best attestation to the Work of God in New England under the hands of one hundred and eleven pastors of Churches."
