Thanking him for the "Tenderness of Friendship & kind concern" in his letters; telling him he has not been "at the fund;" telling him he preached for 32 minutes and was quite tired from it; saying he was pleased with his book on Regeneration; adding in a postscript that he had received letters from New England and was happy to read of the good word of Mr. Whitfield in "conviction and conversions." .
