Summary
Asking him to convey her thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Lee for the "very handsome volume" and "for their kindness to me as a member of the Meteorological Society;" asking it he would pay her subscription to the Meteorological Society and she will repay him when she sees him in Southampton; suggesting that if he has "not heard of Mr. Rutter's Experiments in Magnetism, or have only heard them laughed at by those who are not qualified to judge, let me assure you that they are well worth your consideration;" offering to introduce him to Mr. Rutter and offering to send him a pamphlet which Mr. Rutter has published.
