Summary
Sending his greeting to mutual friends; saying that "The G[uiccioli] is better -- and will get well with prudence. Our amatory business goes on well and daily -- not at all interrupted by extraneous matters or the threatened consumption;" adding, in a postscript, "Tell Edgecombe that he is a 'f----d pig' and a boar (bore) besides."
