Summary
Asking why his carriage and his horses have not been delivered to the Pelegrino at Bologna; saying that things are going very well with "The Lady"[Teresa Guiccioli]; adding that "She is very popular here with the inhabitants -- who seem a good natured people -- the reverse of the Venetians. --- But at present I shall enter no further in detail -- though there has been comedy enough for a long narrative. --- He is the weathiest of the district -- and not so much liked -- but they all -- even the women -- speak well of her;" reminding them to "expedite my beasts & drivers." .
