Summary
Saying he would be happy to chat with him about Eton as "every parent must feel that there is plenty of room for reform, without upsetting the general system of the school. The reform most wanted however in my opinion is an Oppidan head master -- for depend upon it, so long as there is a "Tug" at the head of affairs, we shall have a narrow minded man, who will just make Eton a nursery to Kings."
