Summary
Referring to her recent visit with her family and saying that it "scarcely added anything sensible to the ordinary expences of the house;" referring to the financial difficulties of Mr. Randolph and discussing his financial worries and his wish to preserve his property "as a provision for yourselves & your family. this I trust I shall be able to do, and that we shall be able to live in the mean time in love and comfort. in proportion as the time of my rejoining you permanently approaches, every day seems longer and the load of business appears heavier.
