Noting that she hears Harriet is looking thin and hopes to "fatten [her] with the petits choux de Bruxelles"; discussing Harriet's well-being and saying how much everyone is looking forward to her arrival; mentioning ing her worries about living in the same house with an unidentified woman; noting that she has almost adopted a child named "St. Jules" [Caroline, her illegitimate daughter with the Duke of Devonshire] since she is "robbed" of her own children.
