Summary
Reporting on the King's health; saying that "The Bathing as well as the [illegible] & wholesome air we breath [sic] at this place, has succeeded to our most sanguine wishes -- The novelty of sailing has contributed to the more particular enjoyment of it.....The Riding is partaken of in a very moderate degree, a circumstance your Lordship I think will be pleased with, as it is always in reach, sailing not.....The very great [illegible] good humour & affability, if I may presume so to style it, & shown by Their Majesties upon every occasion, seems to have diffused real comfort & happiness to the Crowds of all descriptions of people & we hear of great preparations in Devonshire for the purpose of [illegible] their zeal, Loyalty & attachment..."
