Two very similar letters (a draft and a final copy?) informing Tyrwhitt that his departure without taking leave of Wilhelm I, Elector of Hesse-Kassel, caused a sensation; noting that the departure caused negotiations to break down; asking him to make known his intentions; emphasizing that he is happy to be of service to him.
