Saying he will obey his Commands, "but I am much afraid that little or no attention on the part of the Treasury will be paid to any report and Estimate prepared by Mr. Yenn until a Survey has been made by Mr. Wyatt;" saying that they sent a letter to Mr. Wyatt but have never received a reply; adding "and until that is done I am much inclined to believe that the Lords of the Treasury will withhold their authority for any further works."
