Summary
Requesting permission for Brigadier General Wetherall and his family to visit the British Museum; adding that General Wetherall is awaiting imminent orders for the Cape of Good Hope and "were he to be required to wait the usual time after putting his name down on the list at the Museum, it is to be apprehended he might be deprived of the gratification of seeing and showing to his Children that grand national sight, which would be a very heavy disappointment to them."
