Concerning the imminent execution of three prisoners, Wigdon, Rose & Kenedy [sic]; asking for clemency for Kenedy on the grounds that he was drunk; asking for a delay of seven days in the execution of Joseph Draper and asking "for the sake of example that the prisoners Wigdon, Rose & Kenedy, should attend the execution of Joseph Draper."
