Summary
Thanking him for his help in the Seton case; saying "It will do good, great good out here, to make it known that discipline is not the mere whim of the Bishop or any other man or men, but the brave & determined executing of the Law. We need much to have our home forces help us feel the burden here, it does good way down deep in the heart to feel the army is coming on, & is already close enough to help;" discussing the reorganization of the mission work in Cape Palmas.
