Summary
Discussing the transfer of a young Clergyman whose family would like him to remain in the East; discussing the difficulties of a small Diocese with few resources; adding that he could "wish our young men had more of the spirit you refer to. The Denominations make their progress very much by young men going out regardless of promised support while our young clergy seem ambitious of prominent and easy place."
