Summary
Speaking highly of a Mr. Trewartha who lives in Black River Falls and saying that he thinks he should be restored to the ministry; reporting that "there is no question that he has conquered his craving for stimulants" and "has been for these two years at least strictly temperate." Welles also writes about Trewartha in October 1884, first recommending that he be restored and then discussing additional accusations against him and questioning whether he should be restored (MA 373.148-149).
