Giving an account of the activities of Grace Church in Rome over the past two years (during which period he was in charge of the parish); noting that he does not know where they will be able to hold services now that the congregation is growing; informing him that he has "lately received the appointment of American Chaplain for the Anglo-American Church in Paris"; saying that this is a temporary position, and he plans to return to Rome "in the ensuing Autumn."
