Informing him that he has arrived in the United States; telling him that he will pay for Hopkins's expenses for coming to Louisville when they meet there; asking him to invite the Bishops who will be attending [Joseph Pere Bell] Wilmer's consecration in New Orleans to attend his consecration in Louisville.
