Summary
Saying he has "been able to unpack my books & I have them around me once more in my study;" saying he has "taken direct charge of 'St. Mark's School' here. In it are 125 scholars. But so many are the children of apostate Mormons who are poor & kept so by the bona-fide Mormons, that 'St. Mark's' is not self-supporting;" asking if it would be possible to provide $40 in scholarship aid for one child.
